Anything postmarked 15 April or after will go on a Wait List by postmark date. As of Saturday, 13 April, we have 530 attendees.
Thanks to everyone for the overwhelming response in such a short period of time, and we are sorry that we will not be able to accommodate everyone.

Due to the central location of the 2008 East Coast Holiday, turnout is predicted to be large, and we encourage early registration. The ECH has planned to handle a large registration, but due to the capacity of some of the venues, we will need to cap registration at 500. Early registration will also help ensure priority at the Headquarters Hotel.
Registrations cannot be accepted on-line, via e-mail, or by phone. Your completed Registration form and payment will be confirmed within 7 days after receipt. Hotel codes will be forwarded to you with your confirmation for making your hotel reservation. Hotels will not be accepting reservations without a confirmation of Holiday registration.
Register by downloading the Registration Form (PDF file), printing it, filling it out, and dropping it in the mail with payment to the address indicated on the form.
Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, a confirmation letter will be sent (either by e-mail or US Postal Service) including the Group Number for both hotels where you can book with them directly at the negotiated rate.
