Q: Will volunteers be needed to help with this event?

A: Absolutely! Please contact Martha Baker at 356ECH2008-info@comcast.net to volunteer. (Thank you.)

Q: Will there be secured parking at the hotel for my 356?

A: Yes, separate and secured parking has been arranged with the hotel.

Q: Will there be trailer parking?

A: Yes, trailer parking has been arranged in the hotel parking lot.

Q: May I bring more than one car without paying an extra registration fee?

A: Yes, we register people — not the number of cars.

Q: Will I be able to wash my car at the Headquarters hotel?

A: Yes, there will be a designated area

Q: Will there be assistance available if my car develops mechanical problems during the Holiday?

A: Yes, there will be assistance available for almost any problem that might occur. Additional information will be provided in Registration packet.

Q: Will the drive to Concours site be organized in any way?

A: Yes, car groups will be marshaled for the driving tour so classes can be kept together for arrival at the airfield. Additional details will be provided in Registration Packet.

Q: Is the Concours a judged event?

A: This is strictly a People's Choice event and all registrants are encouraged to park their 356 on the airfield. You do not want to miss out on the great Participant's Award for all who display their 356s. See Concours Guidelines (PDF file).

Q: What activities will be provided in the Hospitality Suite?

A: The usual snacks, beverages and camaraderie as well as an "AV Center" where folks can do their own impromptu "show and tell" via slides, tapes, or discs.

Q: If I have dietary concerns / special requirements, how can I request this?

A: Send any dietary concerns / special requirements in a note with your Registration Form (i.e., handicap access, etc.) and arrangements will be made.

Q: Will there be any special recognitions celebrated at this Holiday?

A: Yes, we will be celebrating the 60th Anniversary of Porsche, honoring Original Owners and their cars, as well as recognizing the newer 356 enthusiasts born after 1965.

Q: Where are the nearest airports?

A: Harrisburg, Reading, Baltimore / BWI, Philadelphia, and Lancaster.

Q: If I choose to camp, are there campsites nearby?
