1963 356B Normal VIN 214131 Engine # 610867. My father purchased this car from the first owner in 1964. The story I have is that the first owner bought it at the 1963 Toronto car show but was unsatisfied with the performance and put it up for sale. The car has been in the family since then covering less than 58,000 miles and has never been driven in winter. The paint is original except for an area on the driver side rear were the car was damaged when another vehicle struck it. In the repair no body filler was used and the paint was mixed to match the original colour formula (no fading had occurred). Except for a transmission bearing failure repaired about 1969 the car is an original assembly. As my father, Bev Whitehead, can no longer drive I now own the car.
