| I had wanted a 356 since the early 50's when I was a youngster. After 30
years experience building the other aircooled car, I finally purchased a 65C
in 1997. The car was stripped to bare metal and repainted.The engine was
rebuilt with big bore NPR's. Everything was rechromed and new interior and
rubber parts replaced.The only part of the resto not completed by myself in
my garage was the trans rebuild done by Vic Skirmants.
