I found this sunroof coupe in a dust garage as 20 year stalled
restoration project. I was going to re-sell it until I got the
COA from Porsche. I turns out this was a heavily optioned car,
but unfortunately most of the goodies are MIA. I now plan on
restoring it someday. Here are the COA details.
- Silver with Red upholstery and corduroy inserts
- Super engine # 83419
- Golde sunroof
- 80 liter tank
- Headrests
- Radio
- Antenna
- Chrome wheels
- Michelin tires
- Bosch Power train control system (this is an in-dash amp
gauge with a
factory toggle switch)
- Carrera pedal (apparently a heavy duty clutch)
This car was obviously a special order car — perhaps set up
for long distance touring and heavy electrical loads? Someone
also correctly louvered the original deck lid just like the 59
Carrera's.
