I purchased this 1953 coupe (50584) in 1993 out of Phoenix
Arizona. It supposedly had race history but I don't have any
facts. The car has come a long way from the purchase condition.
I have all the body to original condition with accessories but
the drive train is outlaw style. The car has Air Conditioning
(cold), hidden stereo system, seat belts and recirculated forced
air heater box system (actual heat!). The car is a blast. It is
not for the purist but a fun way to enjoy a Pre-A on a budget
(and I have the satisfaction of doing everything myself).
